We went back to my ah gong's house today for tea. All my aunties and uncles had gathered there
earlier to learn how to make his special curry puff. It was really fun watching them steal the
his 'secret receipe'. haha.. I was excused from helping out cos I'm coughing quite a lot these days.
Not so nice if I had coughed into the dough. kekeke..
I wished I had brought my camera. I saw the funniest looking curry puffs today. It was amusing!!
My little cousin made some really ugly ones too.. lol
Initially, I was quite unwilling to go for the tea (yea, thesis), but after Ruth kept insisting, Xinzi and I just
went along. My da jie really knows how to persist (and act cute). haha.. I'm really glad I went in the end.
=D
It almost always happen like this. I have this huge inertia to stay at home with the hope of completing
my work for the day, unwilling to go for family gatherings sometimes (as much as I really enjoy them),
thinking that I could do with more time at home. But while I'm there with the rest of the family, I always
have a good time. At the end of the day, it's all worth the time.

This pattern is very similar to how I seldom hang out now. My dear friends, I'm really sorry for not
coming out as often as I would like to. Especially those whom I've turned to when I'm stressed and
depressed. I don't think you have any idea how much your cheering on means to me. I hope when I see
you next time, you won't tell me to go consult my archi books instead.
peace.
